Guangzhou Changling Electric Limited is a well-known uninterruptible power supply (UPS) technical integrated solution provider in Mainland China.The company is the authorized distributor of Mitsubishi UPS and TMEIC UPS products in China, authorized distributor of Kyoritsu ATS, STS & HTS products in China.
In order to furnish a professional, systematic, convenient and continual technical support service, and also under encouragement and support of Mitsubishi Electric (Japan) and Mitsubishi Electric (Hong Kong) Head quarters, Guangzhou Changling Electric company was established in September 2003.
Mitsubishi Electric (Japan) head quarter officially authorized Guangzhou Changling Electric as the solely technical support service center for Mitsubishi UPS systems in China since October 2003, and this head quarter from Japan also provides the significant supports on the corresponding technical information, professional advise on overall UPS planning, installation and maintenance of UPS system etc. As being the unique distributor of Mitsubishi UPS in China, Guangzhou Changling Electric does responsible to coordinate and manage all the corresponding business in product information and technical support service of Mitsubishi UPS in Mainland China, Macau and Hong Kong.
Guangzhou Changling Electric is mostly constituted by the former staffs of Mitsubishi UPS (Hong Kong) whom were responsible to manage the aforesaid business in China before. The director of the company, Mr. Zhuang Guangqian, worked in Mitsubishi Electric(Japan) head quarter since 1997, whilst he was responsible to tackle the engineering technical problem in the key factory in Kobe, and he was also promoted to be the Division Manager of Mitsubishi (Hong Kong) Co. Ltd (Division[UPS] in China), who is liable to manage and control the sale business and supporting service of Mitsubishi UPS products in China. By the way, our technical supporting team is composed a number of students aboard who had already achieved the respective professional degrees in Master and/or Doctor, and most of the technicians had been under a rigorously professional training furnished by Mitsubishi Electric (Japan) head quarter, and these staffs play a substantial role in serving our customers for the years. We do insist our goal on providing the comprehensive and satisfying technical supporting service to our customers of UPS products. In order to furnish the more efficient technical service support, we do assign a supporting center and arrange engineers in head quarter of Japan, and also build up the regional office in Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong; therefore establish directly technical support service to all major regions directly. By the meantime, we are aggressively planning the idea of construction of 24 hours UPS monitoring system in order to provide a remote-control worldwide technical supporting service.
Guangzhou Changling Electric has become one of the famous electricity power integrated solution providers in China after rapid achievement of the company in past few years. On the other hand, we do also expanding our service and product line by providing UPS, EPS, Battery, Diesel Generator set, Mid-Low voltage integrated Switch facilities, High-Low voltage switches devices and all the corresponding equipments and supporting service.
